Why the site reads the way it does
There are a lot of plumbing sites in this county that claim twenty years in business, a fleet of trucks and a five star average, and can't substantiate any of it. We decided at the outset not to write that site.
So you won't find a founding year here, a job count, a team photo, a testimonial or a star rating. Those things belong to businesses that have earned them, and inventing them would make everything else on the site worth less. What we can do instead is write pages that are genuinely useful about plumbing in these three cities, and check the facts before publishing them.
Where the local facts come from
Every local claim on this site traces back to a source we can point at. The water hardness figure comes from the City of Santa Ana. The express permit list comes from the city Building Safety Division. The fact that Tustin doesn't maintain its own sewers comes from the City of Tustin. The Fountain Valley water table history comes from the city itself.
Where we couldn't verify something, it isn't on the site. Several area pages we could have built were dropped for exactly that reason, and the areas page says which ones and why.
Why there is no license number on this site
California requires a licensed contractor to put its license number in its advertising, under Business and Professions Code 7030.5. That obligation belongs to the licensee. Santa Ana Rooter Pros isn't a licensed contractor, so there is no number of ours to display, and putting a contractor's number in our footer would suggest something untrue.

About the illustrations
The drawings on this site are schematic diagrams, not photographs. That's deliberate. A stock photo of a smiling technician would be a picture of a model, and presenting it as our work or our staff would be dishonest. A cross section showing where a slab leak actually sits is more useful anyway.
